Refund & Return Policy

1 Our Guarantee

Frequency First Solutions LLC offers a 365-day money-back guarantee on every CheckGeo GPS tracker purchased directly from CheckGeo.com. If you are unhappy with your device for any reason within 365 days of your purchase date, contact us and we will process a full refund of the purchase price. We stand behind our product completely.

2 Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 365 days of your original order date;
• The request must be made by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the order;
• The device must have been purchased directly from CheckGeo.com (purchases through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s own return policy);
• You do not need to return the device to receive a refund. However, if you wish to return it, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request.

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@checkgeo.com with the following:

• Your full name;
• The email address used to place your order;
• Your order number or confirmation number;
• A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.

4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your CheckGeo device arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@checkgeo.com. We will ship a replacement device at no cost to you, or issue a full refund at your preference. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage or defect.

5 Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@checkgeo.com. We will investigate with our shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.

6 Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 365 days after the original purchase date;
• Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers;
• Fraudulent or abusive refund requests, including orders placed with the intent to defraud.

7 Refund Processing

All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via bank transfer, cheque, store credit, or any alternative method unless the original payment method is no longer available, in which case we will work with you directly to find a resolution.

8 Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Our 365-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any such statutory rights.

9 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
